Monday to Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 12:30 pm. We are closed Sundays and statutory holidays. After hours, you can text (289) 402-5570 or email pharmacy@westgrovepharmacy.ca and we'll reply as soon as we can.
Yes. Our pharmacists prepare customized medications on site, including custom-strength capsules, flavoured liquids for children and seniors, creams and gels, troches, suppositories, sprays and drops, and veterinary preparations for pets. We work directly with your prescriber, and many compounds are covered by insurance plans.
Yes. Standard delivery is free throughout the GTA and surrounding areas, including Etobicoke, Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oshawa and Guelph. Most deliveries are completed the same day, and farther locations typically arrive the next business day. Premium express delivery, in as little as one hour in some cases, has a small surcharge based on distance, as low as $2.
Yes. Our pharmacists can assess and prescribe for all 28 minor ailments authorized in Ontario, including UTIs, pink eye, cold sores, hay fever, acne, eczema and acid reflux. Consults are in person or by phone, the service is OHIP-funded for eligible patients, and prescriptions are filled on the spot. Booking ahead is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.
